There are currently no designated Neighbourhood Safer Places available on the Western aside of the Hawkesbury River.
The matter has recently been raised in council and it is hoped that this will be remedied in the near future.

The Richmond Club
The standard opening hours are 9 a.m. to 3.30 a.m. It became a designated place of refuge during the Gospers Mountain Fire.
The address is: 6 E Market St, Richmond NSW 2753. The club offers parking for caravans and motorhomes behind the car park.
Hawkesbury Showground
The Showground was opened as a refuge for animals during the Gospers Mountain fire. Its at Clarendon opposite the RAAF Base.
You will liklely need to remain with your animals if you choose this option and this may prevent you implementing other parts of your plan or being available to other members of your family.
You may alternatively choose to make a alternative agistment arrangement and implement it ahead of the need to evacuate.
