Phil Hurst received his AFSM award on 9th September at an Investiture Ceremony from the 39th Governor of NSW, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC.

  • Superintendent Stephen Walker – Lower Western
  • Group Captain John Page – Clarence Valley
