This part of the website gives you lots of information to help you prepare a proper Bush Fire Plan and how to fireproof you property.

We look at our Neighbourhood Groups and how they can help you prepare for a fire and stay informed during a fire event.  A Property Map gives a RFS crew tasked to protect your place, or respond to a fire, the information it needs on water, electricity and hazards.   Being part of a group also helps us deal with the emotions and stress of a bushfire.
